After initial deposit has been received, your order has been confirmed and we will bring it on our next available shipment. We kindly advise that once your order has been confirmed, the sale is final and is not eligible for a return or refund except for extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of Casa Noosa.

For items that are available and can be added to the cart, shipping is included within Australia unless otherwise stated. Most other items are available, but cost of shipping is dependent on destination. In these cases we are happy to provide you with a quote if required.

Online Returns & Refunds
We pride ourselves on our long-standing reputation of selling high quality products with a friendly service. At Casa Noosa, we stand by every product we sell and carefully inspect and pack every item that leaves our warehouse to ensure that we exceed your expectations. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, then please follow the steps below.
Return of orders
We will replace or refund any item(s) which arrive at their destination damaged or faulty, however, we do not process refunds based on incorrect choice or change of mind. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we must be notified here within 24 hours of your parcel being signed for otherwise we will be unable to process your claim. Before the refund can be processed we will request images of the damage. Please note that original delivery charges are not refundable.
We may require that the damaged or faulty item(s) be returned to us for inspection, we will pay for the delivery cost. The item(s) must be returned in original condition (including its packaging) and an explanation given with a copy of the tax invoice before the refund can be processed. Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days from date of delivery.
If your order contained glass or ceramic items, it is likely that we added complimentary insurance to your order. In this case, once we have received images to confirm the damage, we will contact you to discuss the options available to you.

How to return your orders
Please provide a copy of your tax invoice, which is sent with your delivery, stating which item(s) you are returning and a brief explanation of any faults/reasons for its return. Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package receiver to pay to the following address:

We recommend that you use a registered service and retain a certificate of posting for your own records. Casa Noosa takes no responsibility in the event of the item(s) failing to reach us. Alternatively, item(s) may be returned in person to our store. We will make contact with you within 7 working days from receipt of your returned item(s).
